Come share an unforgettable adventure on the island of Java in Indonesia by participating in the new race organized by Dawa SHERPA and Patrick MICHEL, Volcanoes of Extreme. You will be able to climb the volcanoes of Bromo, Batok, Semeru, Lamongan, Raung and Ilen, a nine-step event combining sport and culture and you will discover all the wonders of this region of Indonesia. Steps to the reach of all between 15 and 25 km at high altitude sometimes and also open to walkers who will discover in addition to volcanoes, huge seas of sand, calderas, forest trails, coffee plantations of sugar cane, rice paddies and many temples to visit as well as a getaway on the island of Bali, to complete this sporty stay.

THE PROGRAM

DAY 1 Departure from your country.

JOUR 2 Arrival in Surrabaya, transfer to the hotel in TRETES.

JOUR 3 TRETES / ARJUNO / LEMBANKIJANG, camping, 12km difference in altitude 2400m 800m-

DAY 4 LEMBANKIJANG / WELIRANG /= Mt Bromo. CANGAR, hot spring and transport to TUMPANG , 14km vertical drop 660m 1300m--. hotel

DAY 5 TUMPANG / LAWA-WIEU = Mt Bromo.  2100m, distance 27km 1500m-300, hotelDAY 6 LAWA-WIEU / LAWA-WIEU 2100m, distance 20km 1160m-1160m, hotelDAY 7 LAWA-WIEU / KALIMATI 2600m, distance 29km 1900m-1250m, camping

DAY 8 KALIMATI / SUMERU 3700m, distance 3km500 1100m. The descent will link to Kalimati for lunch and then down to the lake and camping.

DAY 9 RANUCOMBOLO / RANU-PANI 1800m, distance 15km 500m-800m lodge, short stage, free time to visit the village.

DAY 10 RANU-PANI / SENDURO 700m, distance 15km 200m --- 1100m, transport to the hotel in BONDOWOSO.

DAY 11 day of rest for the runners, free swimming pool, paying massage and visit of the city for those who the desire.

DAY 12 45mn of transport until SUMBERINGIN where the departure will be given to reach the summit of the volcano Raung distance 35km 2400m-2400m, in continuation 2h of transport to the hotel in ARABICA.

DAY 13 ARABICA / ARABICA , distance 20km in the village and the coffee fields, then hot spring baths. Hotel.

DAY 14 11 th stage that is done in transport and link walk of 4km climb and as many descent to reach the volcano KAWA-IJEN where we will see the sulfur collectors. A great emotion that half day. From there we will take a ferry to the island of Balipuis great hotel TAMANSARI by the ocean, where will be the award ceremony.

DAY 15 Free day at TAMANSARI.?

DAY 16 Departure by bus to KUTA passing by a typical market and the lunch is done in a great restaurant at the edge of a lake, we will sleep on the way

DAY 17 Arrival in KUTA BEACH at the end of the day.DAY 18 Free day

DAY 19 Departure towards your country

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Equipment

1 bathing suit.Sandales beach towel.Sandales, you will serve for the beach but also for the evening.Solar cream.Sunglasses.Cap or bob.1 pair of walking sticks (optional) .2 pairs of running trail. A pair of little gaiters.4 pairs of socks.2 running suits shorts and short-sleeved tee-shirt or tank top.All-length long-sleeved t-shirt for the ascent to the Suméru.1 long-sleeved shirt. rain in case.1 light jacket for the evening aloft.Take light gloves and hat if you do not use them it does not weigh.1 light fleece pullover.1 light sleeping bag for nights in tent.Your underwear what you want, but not in quantity, you can wash and dry if needed.
